肉末豆腐、萝卜干煎蛋、黑米大米粥
肉末豆腐
材料:嫩豆腐一盒、彩椒若干、肉末少许
步骤:
1、豆腐冲洗后切小方块焯水,这样在焖炒时不易碎散。
2、热锅,入少许油把肉末炒至变色时,倒入切好的彩椒块,翻炒至断生。
3、加入已焯水的嫩豆腐,轻轻翻炒均匀,勾芡调味即可。

萝卜干煎蛋
萝卜干焯水洗净切粒与鸡蛋搅拌,煎至两面金黄即可。
黑米大米粥
黑米大米加适量水煮,起锅前撒少许枸杞。
