用猪各种内脏煲成的汤,加上现磨的白胡椒粉以及绿色配料,颇是受大家胃口的欢迎。

备注:
由于vanessa对内脏有抗拒,且被告知鸭肉不得进食,故对年初二的午餐懒得入席,只是随拍几个较为有特色的菜,因此对于以上菜式可口与否,并不知悉。
一直觉得颇为遗憾的是:未曾在就餐前拍下菜心。待想及此事时,却因大家对菜心情有独钟,且筷子过于快速,一分钟未到,超级大碗的菜心即被啃光光。剩下的菜汁不拍也罢,以免触汁伤情……
