上菜前,喝杯橙汁先:
接着是攸县香干热辣登场:
来个特写罢:

材料:
超市买的攸县香干三块、猪肉若干(带点肥肉的)、大青椒两个(没想到青椒还挺辣,本以为红椒才是辣的,吃得vanessa嗓子直发疼)、小红椒两个、姜一大片、蒜片若干。
步骤:
1将以上材料切片,锅烧热后下猪肉,把带肥的地方煎出油;肥的不多,故需再加一点花生油;
2随即加入姜蒜青红椒翻炒几下,倒几滴李锦记老抽炒均匀颜色;
3置入香干炒熟,临起锅前,不妨用生粉勾芡,因为勾芡后会令香干的口感不至于过干。
