黑木耳红烧鸡翅
材料:鸡中翅、黑木耳、西兰花、姜蒜片
步骤:
1 鸡中翅置于水龙头下冲洗几分钟后,正反面各划两刀。烧开水将鸡中翅焯水晾干备用。
2 姜蒜切大片,干黑木耳泡发洗净备用。
3 热锅,下一点花生油烧至七八成热,倒入姜蒜片翻炒几下,将鸡中翅下锅翻炒几分钟。
4 倒入适量红烧汁、生抽,将汁与鸡中翅翻炒均匀后,加水浸过鸡中翅,并铺上黑木耳,盖上锅盖摁“蒸煮键”焖制10-20分钟,后以“爆炒键”收汁,无需加盐,起锅前可撒点枸杞翻炒几下。用焯过水的西兰花随意装饰。
