蒸水蛋、腊肉炒莴笋,以及昨晚吃剩的豆腐皮,还有酒酿煮蛋(放了两粒汉波贡枣)。
网上找的蒸水蛋方法:鸡蛋加少许盐搅拌均匀后,加入鸡蛋的2倍水再次搅拌均匀。把搅拌好的鸡蛋液放入水已烧开的蒸锅蒸10-15分钟,滴入李锦记蒸鱼豉汁即可。

腊肉加水煮几分钟后,洗干净切片。放入热锅内把带肥的煎出油后,倒入切好的莴笋片炒熟,起锅前勾芡即可。腊肉本身是咸味的,所以不放盐亦可。
vanessa还放了红萝片卜和一根荷美尔台式香肠(切片)。
