1 排骨飞水;
2 玉竹、薏米洗干净浸泡半个钟头左右;
3 切姜两片;
4 以上材料清洗后全部入锅、加水、插电,煲三四个钟头之后加盐即可饮用。
刚下枸杞之前,汤是奶白色的。加入枸杞沸腾后即会变成上图般米黄色。

p.s.
请不要问vanessa为何最近煲出来的汤水和糖水都是带有薏米的,需要理由吗?不需要理由吗?哼哼……
