vanessa最近频频煲薏米红豆水,祛湿利水。汤水喝完后,剩下豆渣倒掉太浪费。直接吃又没胃口,于是加些小麦粉一起蒸成软糕。可在搅拌的过程中加糖,亦可于蒸熟放凉后加蜂蜜。小麦粉和水的比例没放好,蒸成了名副其实的软糕,赫赫。
特写:上面撒了点葡萄干。
